How does AttendIQ handle worker competencies and certifications?

AttendIQ stores competencies and certifications in each worker's digital passport. Expiry dates are tracked automatically with alerts at 90, 30, and 7 days. Access rules can require specific competencies, and any worker with an expired or missing requirement is blocked at clock-in and shown every failing reason simultaneously.

Can AttendIQ manage both your company and your supply chain in one platform?

Yes. You manage your sites, access rules, and compliance requirements. Supply chain companies are invited to projects and get a free portal to manage their own workers. You see live compliance data for all supply chain workers on your sites. Supply chain companies only see their own data.

How does the site access rules engine work?

The access rules engine evaluates a configurable set of rules at clock-in: site induction completed, right to work current, required competencies met, no active ban. If a worker fails any rules, they are blocked and shown all the reasons, not just the first failure. Rules are configured per site and can differ between zones.

Does AttendIQ work offline for sites with poor signal?

Yes. The mobile app queues clock-in and clock-out events locally on device when offline, and syncs to the server when connectivity returns. Offline events are stamped with a device ID and session token so the server can detect and flag duplicate events from multiple devices.

What forms come with AttendIQ out of the box?

Timesheets follow a three-stage approval workflow: draft, site manager approved, payroll approved. Once approved, timesheets export to CSV compatible with major UK payroll systems. The Complete plan includes configurable pay rate groups with overtime rules and scheduled export jobs. Attendance data derives from GPS clock-in/clock-out events, not manual timesheets.
