The honest starting point: they overlap more than they differ
Both products do inductions, permits, inspections and incident reporting well, and both include subcontractors at no extra cost. HammerTech makes a point of that on its homepage, and so do we. Anyone telling you that supply chain licensing is the deciding factor between these two has not checked.
The real differences are narrower and more useful: what the software is expected to produce, which country's rules it was written against, and whether you can find out what it costs.
Scope: safety platform or workforce platform
HammerTech describes itself as a construction safety platform. Its workflows run from induction and pre-start through to incident tracking and reporting, and it does that across whole enterprises.
