Yes. You can try AttendIQ Essential or Complete free for 30 days with up to 25 workers. Sign up online with your work email at app.attendiq.co.uk/trial. There is no card to enter and no sales call.

No. You only need your name, your company name and a work email address. No card details are taken, and the trial does not renew automatically, so you are never charged unless you choose a plan.

Yes. You can switch plan at any time during the trial. Switching does not restart or extend your 30 days.

Choose a plan inside AttendIQ at any time and pay by card or Direct Debit, or ask us for an order form if your company needs one. Buying before the trial ends does not shorten your free 30 days.

If you have bought a plan, you carry on without interruption. If you have not, access stops at the end of the 30 days, for your admins and for workers using the app. Everything you set up is saved, so you can choose a plan later and pick up where you left off.

Foundation gives you a full competency and skills management system: a competency library, job roles, worker records with card numbers and expiry dates, a live Skills Matrix across your whole workforce, email alerts at 90, 60, 30 and 7 days before expiry, and compliance reports with CSV and Excel export. Up to 250 worker records. Web portal only - no mobile app. It's designed for teams currently managing this on spreadsheets or paper and want to get organised before committing to a paid plan.

No catch. Foundation is free forever, no credit card required, and there's no time limit. The limit is 250 worker records. If you outgrow that or need attendance, inductions, or mobile access, you upgrade to Essential. We make money when you upgrade - not by locking Foundation behind a trial. Yes, at any time from inside the platform. All your worker records and competency data carry over. There's nothing to reconfigure. You'll be on the paid plan from the date you upgrade.

Yes. Essential has a minimum annual fee of £1,000 + VAT on annual billing, or £1,500 + VAT on monthly billing. Complete has a minimum of £1,500 + VAT (annual) or £2,000 + VAT (monthly). You can have any number of workers from 10 upwards - the minimum fee simply sets the floor. The calculator will show when the minimum applies.

Yes, at any time. Employer Admins can upgrade directly inside the platform from the Admin > Billing page. The change takes effect immediately and you are charged the pro-rata difference for the remainder of the billing period.

Annual plans are based on count at billing time. If your workforce grows, adjust your plan. We bill fairly.

Yes. Essential carries a one-off £1,000 + VAT setup fee and Complete carries a £1,500 + VAT setup fee, charged on your first invoice regardless of billing period. Every customer gets a free onboarding call included.

Your supply chain companies use AttendIQ free. You pay the per-worker fee as part of your subscription, and any subcontractors you invite get their own portal at no extra cost. Their workers are included in your licence.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use row-level security to isolate every organisation's data. Hosted in AWS eu-west-2 (London). UK GDPR compliant. AttendIQ holds a SecurityScorecard A 100 rating - the highest grade available - with no recent security incidents.
