Up to 250 worker records. Web portal only - no mobile app. It's designed for teams currently managing this on spreadsheets or paper and want to get organised before committing to a paid plan.
No catch. Foundation is free forever, no credit card required, and there's no time limit. The limit is 250 worker records. If you outgrow that or need attendance, inductions, or mobile access, you upgrade to Essential. We make money when you upgrade - not by locking Foundation behind a trial.
Yes, at any time from inside the platform. All your worker records and competency data carry over. There's nothing to reconfigure. You'll be on the paid plan from the date you upgrade.
Yes. Essential has a minimum annual fee of £1,000 + VAT on annual billing, or £1,500 + VAT on monthly billing. Complete has a minimum of £1,500 + VAT (annual) or £2,000 + VAT (monthly). You can have any number of workers from 10 upwards - the minimum fee simply sets the floor. The calculator will show when the minimum applies.
Yes, at any time. Employer Admins can upgrade directly inside the platform from the Admin > Billing page. The change takes effect immediately and you are charged the pro-rata difference for the remainder of the billing period.
Annual plans are based on count at billing time. If your workforce grows, adjust your plan. We bill fairly.
Yes. Essential carries a one-off £1,000 + VAT setup fee and Complete carries a £1,500 + VAT setup fee, charged on your first invoice regardless of billing period. Every customer gets a free onboarding call included.
If you have 500+ workers, need SSO, additional SLA commitments, hardware compatibility (annual plans only), or custom integrations, talk to us. Contact enterprise@attendiq.co.uk.
Your supply chain companies use AttendIQ free. You pay the per-worker fee as part of your subscription, and any subcontractors you invite get their own portal at no extra cost. Their workers are included in your licence.
