Yes. You can upgrade at any time from inside the platform via Admin > Billing. The upgrade takes effect immediately and you are charged the pro-rata difference for the remainder of the billing period. All your data, configuration, and history carries over.
Yes. You connect your existing Xero or QuickBooks account to AttendIQ via OAuth. You map your workers and pay codes to your existing chart of accounts. Once configured, approved timesheets push directly into your existing payroll workflow. There is no need to change your accounting setup.
The RAMS document is created in the admin portal and assigned to a task. Workers receive a notification on their phone. They read the document and sign off digitally. If the document is updated, all assigned workers are notified and must re-sign. Every version, every signature, and every timestamp is stored. You can export the full audit trail at any time.
Each subcontractor in your supply chain gets a score based on the competency compliance of their workers, induction completion rates, on-site attendance record, and right to work status. The score updates automatically as data changes. You can filter and rank your supply chain by compliance score and share reports with clients as part of your own reporting obligations.
