Know who is on site without sending a supervisor to check

AttendIQ records who clocked in, where and when, checks they are allowed on site, and shows supervisors the live picture. The check happens at the gate, so nobody has to drive round sites to do it.

What checking by hand really costs

On a firm with more than one site, someone has to confirm that the right people are where they should be. Usually that is a supervisor in a van: a call, a drive, a look around, and a note on a sign-in sheet that anyone can fill in later. It costs travel and hours, and afterwards you still cannot prove what you saw.

AttendIQ moves the check to the moment each worker arrives. The proof is recorded then, by the system, so the supervisor's time goes on exceptions instead of routine visits.

How AttendIQ proves who is on site

A live picture of the site

Supervisors see who is on site right now in the app, with each person's compliance status. A worker with an expired ticket or an incomplete induction stands out straight away.

Tied to the site, not just the phone

Each clock-in records the site and the location at that moment. Where you set a boundary for a site, you choose whether a clock-in outside it is blocked or allowed with a warning for review.

Identity checks set per site

Choose the check that suits each job: a face match, the phone's own biometrics, or a PIN. With the face match on, someone cannot clock in on a colleague's phone without the colleague's face.

The server keeps the time

The time of every clock-in is recorded by AttendIQ's servers, not taken from the phone's clock. The phone's own clock is kept separately so anything odd can be flagged.

Compliance checked at the gate

Site rules are applied at clock-in. A worker without a required card, ticket or induction is stopped before they start, and the reason is shown to them and to you.

Works with no signal

Clock-ins are stored on the phone and sync when signal returns. Access checks for those clock-ins are made on sync, so anyone who should have been blocked is flagged for review.

Proof, without tracking people all day

AttendIQ does not follow workers around. The app asks for location only while it is open, to check a clock-in or clock-out. There is no background tracking. That keeps the record you need for the site and leaves the rest of a worker's day alone, which matters for trust on site as much as for data protection.

How it works

1

Set the site's rules

Draw the boundary if you want one, choose the identity check, and set which cards, tickets and inductions are needed to clock in.

2

Workers clock in

They clock in on their own phone. The check runs, the time and location are recorded, and anyone who should not be on site is stopped with a reason.

3

Supervisors deal with exceptions

The live view shows who is on site and who needs attention. Blocked and flagged clock-ins are waiting for review, with the full audit trail behind them.

Frequently asked questions

Can AttendIQ stop one worker clocking in for another?

It makes it much harder. Where a site uses the face match check, the worker clocks in with their own face on their own phone. Each account is also tied to one phone, and signing in on a different handset needs a code sent to the worker themselves. Sites can instead choose the phone's own biometrics or a PIN, which are weaker, so how strict to be is your choice per site.

Does AttendIQ track workers' phones all day?

No. The app asks for location only while it is open, to check a clock-in or clock-out. It does not run location in the background and does not follow workers around.

What happens if a worker clocks in outside the site boundary?

Where you have set a boundary for a site, you decide whether a clock-in outside it is blocked or allowed with a warning for review. Sites without a boundary are not restricted by location.

Can I see who is on site right now?

Yes. Supervisors see who is on site right now in the app, with each person's compliance status, so a worker with an expired ticket or an incomplete induction stands out.

What if there is no signal on site?

Clock-ins are stored on the phone and sync when signal returns. Access checks for those clock-ins are made when they sync, so anyone who should have been blocked is flagged for review.

How is this different from a sign-in sheet?

A sheet can be filled in later by anyone, and it says nothing about whether the person was allowed on site. AttendIQ records the time on its own servers at the moment of clock-in, ties it to the site, checks the worker's compliance, and keeps a full audit trail.
