Access rules can require specific competencies, and any worker with an expired or missing requirement is blocked at clock-in and shown every failing reason simultaneously.

How does the site access rules engine work?
The access rules engine evaluates a configurable set of rules at clock-in: site induction completed, right to work current, required competencies met, no active ban. If a worker fails any rules, they are blocked and shown all the reasons, not just the first failure. Rules are configured per site and can differ between zones.
Does AttendIQ work offline for sites with poor signal?
Yes. The mobile app queues clock-in and clock-out events locally on device when offline, and syncs to the server when connectivity returns. Offline events are stamped with a device ID and session token so the server can detect and flag duplicate events from multiple devices.
